DescriptionA superb Pair of Antique George III, English Provincial Sterling Silver Gravy (Basting or Stuffing) Spoons made by John Langlands I, Newcastle c1770.
They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "IL" for John Langlands I, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head Crowned, the "three castles" Newcastle town mark and date letter "D" for 1770/71.
