Scottish Silver & Agate Horn Snuff Mull c1856
DescriptionA very good Scottish Silver & Orange coloured Agate Presentation Ram's Horn Snuff Mull dating from c1856.
The Ram's Horn body of the snuff mull in very good condition with good colour and patina. The silver collar and lid in excellent condition. The lid set with an orange coloured Scottish agate.
There is a nice presentation inscription to the border of the lid
"To Mr David Hunter from Mrs Andrew Greig, 1856."
The silver collar and lid, unmarked as is the norm, therefore must sell as white metal.
