DescriptionA nice Set of three Antique, Victorian English Sterling Silver Cutlery comprising of a sauce ladle, butter knife and preserve spoon made by The Portland Co (Francis Higgins III) in London and dating from c1861.
All three items are hallmarked with the maker's mark "FH" for The Portland Co (Francis Higgins III), the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "f" for 1861/62.
All three items have the engraved initial "R".
DimensionsThe knife measures 200mm in length, the ladle 180mm, the spoon 150mm.
