Of interest to collectors of Railway items, the watch has a presentation inscription on the rear cover
"British Railways, W Dailly, in appreciation of 45 years service".
The movement signed "Made in England"
The English made 9ct solid gold case with full English hallmarks - "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the London town mark, the maker's mark "SCW" and date letter "k" for 1965/66.
The expanding bracelet strap is gold plated (not solid gold)
