Scottish Provincial Silver Ladle, Manson Dundee
DescriptionA very nice and rare Scottish Provincial Silver Toddy Ladle by David Manson, Dundee c1810.
A lovely ladle that can also be used as a sauce or cream ladle.
David Manson is recorded as working in Dundee c1810.
The ladle is hallmarked with the maker's mark DM struck twice for David Manson, either side of the "Pot o' Lilies", the Dundee town mark.
It measures approximately 6" inches (160mm) in length. The weight is 22.6g.
It is in excellent condition, a lovely addition to any collection, or for use on a special occasion.
