Edwardian Silver West Park Golf Club Trophy
DescriptionAn Edwardian sterling silver Golfing Trophy Cup made by Walker & Hall, Sheffield dating from c1908.
The trophy hallmarked with the maker's mark W&H for Walker & hall, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the crown town mark for Sheffield and date letter p for 1907/08.
The trophy engraved:
West Park Golf Club, Captain's Prize, Easter 1909, Won by Miss D. Lindsay Smith, 93-18=75.
The trophy is in good condition.
It measures approximately 7 1/2" inches (200mm) in height. The weight is 246.2g.
