Six George III, English Silver Tablespoons c1810
DescriptionA lovely set of Six Antique, George III, English Silver Tablespoons, made in London and dating from c1810.
They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "RC/GS" Richard Crossley & George Smith IV, the Lion Passant silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark alongside the Crowned Leopard's Head town mark for London and date letter "O" for 1809/10.
They have an engraved initial to the terminals.
They measure just under 9" inches (225mm) in length. The weight is 398.0g/14.04oz/12.79ozt.
They are in very good condition. A couple of spoons with extremely minor indents to the bowls, mentioned for accuracy, but overall very nice spoons.
