Scottish King's Pattern Silver Soup Ladle c1865
DescriptionA good quality, Antique, Victorian, Scottish Sterling Silver Soup Ladle made in Edinburgh and dating from c1865.
The ladle is Scottish single struck King's pattern.
The ladle is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JP", the Scottish thistle silver mark, the Monarchs's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the Edinburgh castle town mark and date letter "I" for 1865/66.
It measures 13" inches (330mm) in length. It has a lovely, deep bowl measuring 4" inches (100mm) wide.
The weight is 228.3g/8.05oz/7.34ozt
The Ladle is in excellent condition.
