Scottish Silver Stag Horn Skean Dhu
DescriptionA good quality, vintage, Scottish Sterling Silver mounted Stag Horn Skean Dhu made in Edinburgh and dating from c1957.
The silver mount hallmarked with the maker's mark "T.E" for Thomas Kerr Ebutt, the Scottish Thistle sterling silver mark, the Edinburgh castle town mark and date letter "B" for 1957/58. Also stamped "Made in Scotland".
The Skean Dhu with a Stag's Horn hilt, silver mounts and a stainless steel blade.
The total length is 7 1/2" inches (195mm).
