A very nice, antique, Victorian English Silver Claret Jug made in London and dating from c1881. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JA/JS" for Holland, Son & Slater (John Aldwinckle & James Slater), the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Monarch's Head (Queen Victoria) duty mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "F" 1881/82. It has a nice Stag crest engraved to the front. A very nice Jug in very good condition.

It measures approximatel 9 1/2" inches (240mm) in height. The weight is 21.5oz/609g

Victorian English Silver Claret Jug, London c1881
A George III, English Silver Plate made by James Young in London and dating from c1775. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "I.Y" for James Young, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the crowned Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter for 1775/76. The underside also engraved with "No 52" (see photo). There is an armorial crest engraved on the rim. A very nice piece of 18th Century, Georgian, English Silver.

It measures 9 1/4" inches (235mm) in diameter. The weight is 318.5g/11.23oz/10.23ozt

They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "JS/AS" for Joseph & Albert Savory, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter for 1855/56 and the Monarch's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria). They have engraved decoration (single sided) and the letter "B" to the terminal.

A George III, English Sterling Silver two handled Trophy Cup by Peter & Ann Bateman in London and dating from c1793/94. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "PB/AB" for Peter & Ann Bateman, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the crowned Leopard's Head London town mark, date letter "S" for 1793/94 and the Monarch's Head duty mark. A nice Georgian Silver Cup. It is free of engravings or personalisation therefore would make a very nice presentation trophy.

The flask is hallmarked on the side with the maker's mark "A&CoLTD" for Asprey & Company, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Chester town mark and date letter "V" for 1921/22. The base also with the Lion Passant and date letter and stamped "Asprey London". There are other numbers lightly engraved on the base but these could be polished out if desired (see photo)

A vintage Silver Gilt, Masonic Jewel made by Henry Slingsby & Son, Regalia Manufacturers, Seymour Road, Nuneaton. The rear of the medal is hallmarked with the maker's mark "HS Ltd" for Henry Slingsby & Son, the Birmingham town mark, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark and date letter "E" for 1929/30. It bears the following presentation inscription "Presented to BRO L. Kritzinger, P.B., For Services Rendered as Secretary 20.2.1929". The jewel is complete with the original presentation case from the maker's H Slingsby Ltd, Regalia Mfrs,Nuneaton.

It measures 115mm in height including ribbon
