The silver brooch very nicely engraved with Scottish Celtic style decoration. The brooch is hallmarked to the rear with the maker's mark "WD&Co" for William Dunningham & Co (Aberdeen) alongside the Scottish thistle sterling silver mark, the Edinburgh "castle" town mark and date letter "U" for 1950/51. The brooch measures 1 3/8" inches (35mm) in diameter. It is in excellent condition.

The medal awarded for "Best Cow". The medal complete with the original fitted case by J & F Anderson, Jewellers, Elgin. The medal is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JF" the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "y" for 1898/99. It measures 1 3/4" inches (46mm) in diameter.

A cased large silver Agricultural farming Medal awarded by "The Shorthorn Society" to Messrs Law of Mains of Sanquhar, Near Forres, Elgin in the north east of Scotland. The medal with one side showing the head of "HM King George V, Patron, The Short Horn Society", the other engraved "Awarded to A.M., A.W. & O.J.LAW, at Westmorland & Kendal, Agric., Society's Show, 1926". The medal designed by the medallist firm of Pinches, London, founded 1840. The medal unmarked, therefore selling as white metal. It measures 2" inches (51mm) in diameter.
