A very good Antique Georgian English Sterling Silver Marrow Scoop made in London and dating from c1787. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "GS/WF" for George Smith (III) & William Fearn, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver Mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "m" for 1787/88. It has a very nice double armorial crest engraved - see photo.

It measures 8 1/2" inches (220mm) in length.

A nice Set of three Antique, Victorian English Sterling Silver Cutlery comprising of a sauce ladle, butter knife and preserve spoon made by The Portland Co (Francis Higgins III) in London and dating from c1861. All three items are hallmarked with the maker's mark "FH" for The Portland Co (Francis Higgins III), the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "f" for 1861/62. All three items have the engraved initial "R".

Cased Set of Twelve, George V, English Silver Teaspoons & Tongs made by Josiah Williams & Co and retailed by Hamilton & Inches of Edinburgh. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "DF" for Josiah Williams & Co (David Landsborough Fullerton), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the London town mark and date letter "g" for 1922/23.

The teaspoons measure 4 1/4" inches (108mm) in length.

Set 12 English Silver Figural Spoons & Tongs
A good cased set of Four, George V, English Silver & Wooden Napkin Rings made in Birmingham and dating from c1935. They have a central band decorated with engine turned engraved decoration, the front with a circular cartouche that is free of engraved initials. The rear with a rectangular panel that is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JGLtd" for Joseph Gloster Ltd, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "L" for 1935/36 (the marks worn on some of the rings). They also have the "PAT No 325841".

The measure 45mm diameter and 31mm in height.

Cased Set Four English Silver Napkin Rings
A good pair of English Silver Candlesticks made by Payton, Pepper & Sons Ltd, Vyse Street, Birmingham and dating from c1972. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "PPLd" for Payton, Pepper & Sons Ltd, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the anchor town mark for Birmingham and date letter "X" for 1972/73. The bases are "loaded". This is common with candlesticks where a heavier metal is added to the base in order to increase stability and to prevent them toppling over for obvious safety reasons.

They measure approx. 9" inches (220mm) in height, the bases 4" inches in diameter.
