A nice Antique English Silver Pair Cased Fusee Pocket Watch, made by Rotherham & Sons, in very good condition and in working order. Both solid silver cases are in good condition. They are hallmarked with the case maker’s initials "JR" for Rotherham & Sons (John Rotherham), the Lion Passant silver mark, the Birmingham anchor town mark and the date letter "f" for 1905/06. The English Lever Fusee movement is in good working order. It is key wound and set. The movement has a nicely engraved balance cock and has the serial number 31614. The dial is in very good condition. The watch measures approximately 52 mm in diameter (excuding stem and bow ring). Overall a very nice old Silver Pair Cased pocket watch, a nice one for your collection.

A nice Antique English Silver Pair Cased Pocket Watch, made by Stewart Dawson & Co., Liverpool, in very good condition and in working order. Both solid silver cases are in good condition. They are hallmarked with the case maker’s initials "SD&Co" for Stewart Dawson & Co., Liverpool, the Lion Passant silver mark, the Birmingham anchor town mark and the date letter "q" for 1890/91. The inner case has the serial number 189653 to match the movement, proving both are original and have been together since new. The outer case has part of the push button missing, a very minor imperfection, it just means that it is easier to open the case if you use a pointed object to slide through the button hole. The English Lever movement is in working order. It is key wound and set. The movement has a nicely engraved balance cock and has the serial number 189653. It is signed by the maker Stewart Dawson & Co., Liverpool. The dial is in very good condition, it is also signed by the maker Stewart Dawson & Co., Liverpool. The watch measures approximately 54 mm in diameter (excuding stem and bow ring). Overall a very nice old Silver Pair Cased pocket watch, a nice one for your collection.

A lovely, very good quality, 18CT Gold Demi (Half) Hunter Pocket Watch in immaculate condition and working order. The decorative 18CT solid gold case stamped K18 for 18 carat gold alongside the serial number 37994. The front of the case with the hours in Roman numerals on a blue enamel background. Lovely floral engraving to both front and rear covers, the rear having a central cartouche that has engraved initials. The very good quality, Swiss made movement is in good condition and working order. The white enamel dial in excellent condition, with the hours in Roman numerals. Overall a lovely example in excellent condition and working order. The watch measures 36mm across the case. The weight is 39.5g

A very fine, rare, Gentleman's 14CT Solid Gold Cased Pocket Watch made by the very highly regarded and sought after Union Horlogere, Bienne, Switzerland. The company was founded in 1883. This watch is an excellent example, in superb condition and very good working order. The 14 carat solid gold hunter case is in excellent condition, plain gold with engine turned engraving to the rear cover. It is stamped inside the rear cover with "14K" alongside Swiss control marks for 14 carat solid gold. It also bears the "UH" trade mark and serial number. The inside of the rear cover has an old watch maker's paper from Camerer Cuss & Co., Clock & Watch Makers, New Oxford Street, London. The cuvette (inner dust cover) is not gold. The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Arabic numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed "Alpina Chronometer, Bienne - Geneve". The good quality movement is in excellent working order. It also has the UH trade mark. The movement is stem wound and pin set, the time being set by turning the winding crown whilst depressing the small pin located on the case side band at 11 o'clock. The watch measures 53mm in diameter (across the case, excluding the winding crown). The weight is 80.9g. An extremely nice example of a fine Swiss made watch.

A very fine, rare, Gentleman's 14CT Solid Gold Hunter Cased Pocket Watch made by the very highly regarded and sought after IWC, the International Watch Company, Schaffhausen. This watch is an excellent example, in superb condition and very good working order. The 14 carat solid gold hunter case is in excellent condition, plain gold with no engravings or other forms of personalisation. It is stamped inside the front cover with "14K/0.585/56" alongside Swiss control marks for 14 carat solid gold. It also bears the IWC trade mark and serial number. The inside of the rear cover and cuvette (inner dust cover) similarly marked. The cuvette also engraved with the maker's name "International Watch Co., Schaffhausen". The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Arabic numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed by the maker "International Watch Co., Schaffhausen". The good quality movement is in excellent working order. It also has the IWC trade mark. The movement is stem wound and lever set, the time being set by turning the winding crown after pulling out the small lever on the edge of the glass bezel between 4 & 5 o'clock. The watch measures 53mm in diameter (across the case, excluding the winding crown). The weight is 104.0g. An extremely nice example of a fine watch made by IWC.

Signed "8 Days" with "Swiss Made" at the bottom. The dial in excellent condition. The Swiss made movement in very good condition and working order. The base metal case in excellent condition. The watch is in excellent overall condition and working order. This large watch measures 3" inches (75mm) in diameter, across the case (excl. winding stem/bow). It is complete with the original travel case/display stand.

A very fine, 9CT Gold Swiss made, Hunter Cased Pocket Watch. This watch is an excellent example, in superb condition and very good working order. The 9 carat solid gold hunter case is English made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" for A L Dennison, "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham "anchor" town mark and date letter "A" for 1925/26. The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Arabic numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed "Swiss Made". The very good quality, high grade, 21 Jewel/5 Adjustments Swiss made movement is in excellent condition and excellent working order. The watch measures 50mm in diameter (across the case, excluding the winding crown).

A good quality, very rare, large "Goliath" Eight Day, QUARTER REPEATER, Pocket Watch, originally retailed by the George David Rattray, Nethergate, Dundee. The white enamel dial with the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. Signed by the retailers "G D Rattray, Dundee" and also "8 Days" with "Swiss Made" at the bottom. The dial in excellent condition. The Swiss made movement in very good condition and working order. It is relatively rare to find a large "Goliath" pocket watch with a quarter repeater movement. Upon depressing the winding crown the gong strikes once for every hour followed by once for every quarter of an hour passed. The base metal case in excellent condition. It has the serial number 148478. The watch is in excellent overall condition and working order. This large watch measures 3 1/8" inches (80mm) in diameter, across the case (excl. winding stem/bow). It is complete with the original travel case/display stand.

A good quality, antique, Victorian 18CT Gold Pocket Watch made by John Newlands of Kilmarnock and dating from c1870/71. The 18 carat gold case has full English hallmarks the maker's mark "HS", "18" and "crown" for 18 carat gold, the Chester town mark and date letter "g" for 1870/71. The rear of the case with lovely decorative engraving and a central cartouche that has the original owner's initials. The English Lever movement is in good condition and working order. A very good quality, Gentleman's, Antique Silver Pocket Watch, in excellent condition and in working order. The company of Stauffer, Son & Co was founded in 1830 and had a factory in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. They had a subsidiary company Stauffer & Co (S&Co) in London that distributed watches to the British market. Stauffer & Co sourced watches and movements from different sources including the highly regarded International Watch Company (IWC). These watches were stamped with the "S&Co" mark below a crown and also stamped "Peerless". Given the very high quality movement in this watch it is probable that it was supplied by IWC. The good quality silver case is in excellent condition. It is stamped "0.935" for 0.935 grade silver (a slightly higher grade than sterling silver, which is 0.925) alongside Swiss control marks. It also has the case serial number 325622. The inner cuvette (dust cover) is similarly marked. It is also engraved "Examined by Goldsmiths Company, 112 Regent Street, London" - they would have originally retailed the watch. The very good quality, Swiss made, lever movement is in excellent condition and good working order. It is stem wound and pin set - the time being set by turning the winding crown whilst depressing the small pin located on the case side band at one o'clock. The movement is signed with the "S&Co" mark within an oval, also stamped "Peerless" below the serial number 290420 and "Swiss" for Swiss made. The white enamel dial is in good condition. It has the hours in gold Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. The watch measures approximately 49 mm in diameter (excuding stem and bow ring). An extremely elegant, Lady's 18CT Gold, Swiss made, Wristwatch by OMEGA. The good quality 17 Jewel, OMEGA movement is signed by the maker "Omega Watch Co". The English made 18 carat solid gold case hallmarked with the "crown" and "18" for 18 carat gold, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "F" for 1955/56. Also stamped with the case maker's name "Dennison" and the Omega Watch Co trade mark. The bracelet similarly hallmarked the maker's mark "JG&S", the "crown" and "18" for 18 carat gold, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "F" for 1955/56. The watch has an 18CT gold case and integral 18CT Gold bracelet. It is complete with the original Omega presentation case/box. It is in excellent condition and working order. The watch head measures 15mm x 23mm. The total length is approximately 185mm. The total weight is 19.7g
