A very fine, 9CT Gold Waltham Hunter Cased Pocket Watch. This watch is an excellent example, in superb condition and very good working order. The 9 carat solid gold hunter case is English made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" for A L Dennison, "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the Birmingham "anchor" town mark and date letter "E" for 1929/30. The case has the initials of the original owner engraved on the front cover. There is also a date engraved on the inner cuvette "1/8/30". The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed by the maker "Waltham USA". The good quality Waltham movement is in excellent working order. It is signed by the maker and has a lovely damaskeened finish. The watch measures 50mm in diameter (across the case, excluding the winding crown). The weight is 92.0g

A large "Goliath" Eight Day Pocket Watch, originally retailed by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., 112 Regent Street, London. The white enamel dial with the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. Signed by the retailers "Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., 112 Regent Street, London" and also "8 Days". The dial almost perfect but has a faint hairline originating from the centre towards 10 o'clock. The Swiss made movement in very good condition and working order. The case in excellent condition. The watch in excellent overall condition and working order. This large watch measures 3" inches (76mm) in diameter, across the case (excl. winding stem/bow).

An immaculate, rare, antique, 18CT Solid Gold, Railroad grade, Pocket Watch by the Hamilton Watch Company, USA, in excellent condition and working order, dating from c1904. The double sunk, 24 hour, white enamel dial is in very good condition. It has the hours in black Arabic numerals with an inner chapter in red for hours 13-24. The minutes numbered at 5 minute intervals on the outer chapter. There is a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. This watch a "private label" made for the Canadian market the dial signed by the retailer "A Ross & Co., Port Arthur, Ont." - Port Arthur, Ontario, Canada. The heavy 18 carat gold case is in very good condition. It has the original owner's initials engraved on the rear cover. It has the maker's name "A.W.C.CO" stamped above "18K" for 18 carat gold and the case serial number 13433. The very good quality movement is in excellent condition and working order. It is a Hamilton grade 940, 21 Jewels, adjusted. The serial number dating the manufacture to c1904. The movement is stem wound and lever set. The time being set by turning the winding crown whilst having the lever pulled out to the hand set position. The lever located at two o'clock (see photo). The case measures 53mm in diameter. The weight is 160.0g

It has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock. It is signed by the maker "Waltham U.S.A". The watch has an attractive, decorative 14CT Gold filled case. The high grade Waltham movement with a nice damaskeened finish. It is signed "A.W.W.Co, Waltham, Mass" and has the serial number 24,618758 dating the manufacture to c1924. The English made gold plated watch case by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case in excellent condition showing virtually no signs of wear. The outer cover with the hours in blue enamel Roman numerals with no loss to the enamel. All hinges operating correctly and all three covers opening and closing tightly as they should. A very nice Vintage LIMIT Gold Plated Pocket Watch in excellent condition and very good working order. The Limit watch brand was established in 1912 in Switzerland. The watch has an English gold plated case made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case in very good condition with virtually no wear to the gold plate. All hinges work properly and the case closes very tightly as it should. The very good quality, Swiss made, Limit 15 Jewel movement is in excellent condition and working order, cleaned and serviced by our watchmaker. The watch has a good quality, 15 Jewels movement signed by the makers "American Waltham Watch Co." It has the serial number 11,705020 dating its manufacture to c1902. It is in good condition and working order. The dial is in good unrestored condition, signed by the makers "Waltham". The case measures 44mm (across the flats).
