Khedive's Sudan Medal & QSA, Cameron Highlanders
A 9CT Gold Scottish Masonic Medal with 9CT Gold hanger. "Ayr Conclave No7 - 27th June 1930". The reverse "KNT. JAMES JENKINS - FOUNDER MEMBER" The medal and both top and bottom gold bars all stamped "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold. It measures 27mm in diameter. The original case included, however it is in need of some restoration.

9CT Gold Scottish Masonic Medal, Ayr Conclave
A nice vintage Scottish Silver Skean Dhu made in Edinburgh and dating from c1965. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "TE" for Thomas Kerr Ebbutt, the Scottish thistle silver mark, the "castle" Edinburgh town mark and date letter "k" for 1964/65. It is in very good condition. The total length is 8" inches (200mm). The blade measures 3 1/2" inches(90mm)

Scottish Silver Skean Dhu, Edinburgh c1965
An antique 9CT Gold Golfing Medal awarded by The Bute Golf Club for the Harry Hope Cup in September 1914. The medal hallmarked with "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold alongside the Birmingham town mark and date letter. The medal engraved with the club name - "The Bute Golf Club". Also "Harry Hope Cup - September 1914", the centre with the recipient's initials "WJE". It measures 25mm in diameter. The weight is 7.2g. Sir Harry Hope (1865 - 1959) was a Scottish Politician and was Member of Parliament for Buteshire during the period 1910 - 1918. Bute Golf Club is located at Rothesay in the Isle of Bute and was founded in 1888.

Antique 9CT Gold Bute Golf Club Harry Hope Medal
Two George V, Cased Burns Federation Silver Medals awarded by the Forfar Burns Club in consecutive years 1930 and 1931. The medals "Presented by the Forfar Burns Club" - one medal dated 1930, the other 1931. Apart from the date the medals otherwise identical. They were both made by the same maker, hallmarked with the maker's mark "WJD" for William James Dingley, Warstone Lane, Birmingham, alongside the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Birmingham "anchor" town mark and date letter. One medal with date letter "E" for 1929/30, the later with date letter "F" for 1930/31. They measure approximately 40mm in height and the weight is 12.8g each.

A 9CT Gold Scottish Masonic Jewel set with diamonds. The red ribbon set with Masonic symbols, suspending the 9CT gold masonic medal with a crown to the centre set with diamonds, the circular surround with the name "Chapter Plantation No259". The rear of the medal stamped "9CT for 9 carat gold. The rear of the medal is engraved as follows Presented to Comp. Robert H Edwards, 1957, by the companions of Chapter No259, as a mark of their esteem.

An antique Victorian Scottish Football Medal dating from c1891. The medal engraved "S&ER Junior Cup, 1891". It was awarded to "OMS R Hutchison (Capt.)". Although the medal, in my opinion appears to be silver, it is not hallmarked, therefore selling as white metal. The medal measures approximately 25mm x 25mm (excluding the suspension loop). The weight is 12.6g It is in excellent condition.

Scottish Victorian Football Medal c1891
A very good and rare, antique Victorian Scottish Silver Kirkaldy Swimming Club Medal dating from c1860. The medal engraved "Kirkaldy Swimming Club, 1860". Also it was awarded for "First Prize, Fast Swimming, 300 Yards, Gained by ....". Unfortunately the name of winner of the medal has not been added therefore we do not know the original recipient. The medal is hallmarked with the Monarch's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the maker's mark "JM" probably for James McKay, the Scottish "thistle" sterling silver mark, the Edinburgh "castle" town mark and date letter "C" for 1859/60. The circular medal measures approximately 1 3/4" inches (44mm) in diameter (excluding the suspension loop). The weight is 17.9g. It is in excellent condition.
