DescriptionA very nice Scottish Provincial Silver Toddy Ladle by George Booth, Aberdeen c1810. A lovely ladle that can be also used as a sauce or cream ladle. George Booth is recorded in Jackson's Silver as working in Aberdeen c1800 - 1825. The ladle is hallmarked with the maker's mark "GB" for George Booth and "ABDN" the Aberdeen town mark. It is engraved with the initial "Y" The ladle is in excellent condition. It measures 6 1/4" inches (160mm) in length. The weight is 30.1g
