A vintage, English 9CT Gold Cigar Piercer made by S J Rose & Son, Ridgemount Street, London WC1. It was assayed in Birmingham and is hallmarked with the maker's mark "SJR", "9" and ".375" for 9 carat gold, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "V" for 1970/71. It is nicely engraved. The retractable sharp pointed end operated by moving the slide on the barrel.

A very nice Miniature Brass Carriage Clock. The clock is in good condition and working order and is complete with winding key. It measures approximately 75mm in height (excluding the carrying handle) by 50mm in width and 45mm in depth (measured at base)

A rare set of all three classes of the "Cross of Honour of the German Mother" the German Mother's Cross Gold, Silver & Bronze along with the accompanying miniatures. It is very rare to find a set of these orders, especially in such pristine condition as these are. The gold award also has the original presentation case. The silver and bronze and miniatures do not. There is a wealth of information on the internet explaining the origin of this award. The price is very fair given the condition and rarity of this set of medals but I am always open to sensible offers.
