A lovely pair of antique, late Victorian English Sterling Silver Grape Scissors made by Martin, Hall & Co at their Shrewsbury Works in Sheffield. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "RM/EH" for Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Sheffield town mark and date letter "h" for 1900/01. The top side with engraved decoration, the underside plain silver. They are in very good condition. They measure just over 5" inches (130mm) in length. The weight is 53.9g.

Victorian English Silver Grape Scissors, Sheffield
A lovely set of Six Antique, George III, English Silver Tablespoons, made in London and dating from c1810. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "RC/GS" Richard Crossley & George Smith IV, the Lion Passant silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark alongside the Crowned Leopard's Head town mark for London and date letter "O" for 1809/10. They have an engraved initial to the terminals. They measure just under 9" inches (225mm) in length. The weight is 398.0g/14.04oz/12.79ozt. They are in very good condition. A couple of spoons with extremely minor indents to the bowls, mentioned for accuracy, but overall very nice spoons.

A very nice, good quality, Edwardian, English Silver Snuff Box with a "picture top" depicting a village scene. The box was made George Nathan & Ridley Hayes and dates from c1909. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "GN/RH" for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, the Lion Passant silver mark, the Chester town mark and date letter I for 1909/10. The box has decorative sides and a plain silver base. It measures 88mm x 56mm x 22mm. The weight is 91.2g.

A very good quality, antique, George I, English Sterling Silver Pap Boat c1725. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "WS" for William Street, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head Crowned London town mark and date letter "K" for 1725/26. There is the engraved initial "P" below the hallmarks. It is in excellent condition. It measures 115mm in length, 30mm in height. The weight is 76.7g.

A pristine, Antique, George V, English Sterling Silver Sovereign Holder made by A L Dennison of Birmingham. It was assayed at the Birmingham Office, hallmarked with the maker's mark "ALD" for Aaron Lufkin Dennison, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Birmingham town mark and date letter "n" for 1912/13. It has nice, very crisp, floral decorative engraving to both front and rear, the front having a circular cartouche that is free of engraved initials. This item is in exceptional condition, you will struggle to find a better example. It measures 35mm in diameter. The weight is 24.9g

Antique Silver Sovereign Holder Keeper c1912
A nice Antique, Early Victorian, English Silver Snuff Box made by the highly regarded maker, Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham. The box is hallmarked on the inside, the lid having the Monarch's Head duty mark (Queen Victoria), the maker's mark "N.M" and the Lion Passant Silver Mark. The base having the maker's mark "N.M" again alongside the Birmingham town mark and date letter "Q" for 1839/40. There are the engraved initials of the original owner on the lid(see photos). It measures approximately 68mm x 41mm x 18mm. The weight is 63.7g/2.24oz/2.05ozt.
