A good matched Set of Six Antique, George III, English Silver Table Forks. Four are hallmarked with the maker's mark "WE/W|F" for William Eley & William Fearn , the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Crowned Leopard's Head town mark for London and date letter "k" for 1805/06. The other two similarly marked, one by William Chawner date letter "e" for 1820/21, the other by Thomas Wilkes Barker, date letter "d" for 1819/20. They are in excellent condition.

They measure 6 3/4" inches (170mm) in length. The weight is 227.9g/8.04oz/7.33ozt

A good Set of Four Antique, George III, English Silver Table Forks made by Solomon Hougham, London in London and dating from c1802. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "SH" Solomon Hougham, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark. the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Crowned Leopard's Head town mark for London and date letter "A" for 1796/97. The have engraved initials and a crest (see photo) They are in excellent condition.

Good Set Four English Silver Table Forks c1796
INTERESTING SET OF CRESTED ENGLISH SILVER DESSERT SPOONS, NEWCASTLE c1810, A Set of Six Antique, George III, English Provincial Silver Dessert Spoons, made by Christian Ker Reid, Newcastle and dating from c1810. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "CR" for Christian Ker Reid, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark and the "three castles" Newcastle town mark. The date letter is lacking, however the spoons would date from c1810. Christian Ker Reid is recorded as working in Newcastle around c1806 - 1818. They have the engraved initials and a nice, interesting crest (see photo) They are in excellent condition.

They measure 7" inches (175mm) in length. The weight is 167.8g/5.91oz/5.39ozt

A very nice Pair of Edwardian English Sterling Silver Dishes/Baskets made by Atkin Bothers and dating from c1903. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "HA" for Atkin Brothers (Henry Atkin), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Sheffield town mark and date letter "l" for 1903/04.

They measure 6 1/2" inches in length, just over 1" inch (30mm) in height at the lowest point (centre). The total weight of both baskets is 119.5g/4.21oz/3.83ozt.

The reverse side stamped "Asprey, London".
