A nice, large, George III, English Sterling Silver cream Jug made in London and dating from c1804. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Leopard's Head Crowned London town mark and date letter "I" for 1804/05. Unfortunately the maker's mark is worn and illegible. There is an armorial family crest to the front (see photo). A very nice jug in excellent condition. The jug measures 6 1/2" inches (165mm) from spout to handle. It measures 3 1/2" inches (90mm) in height. The weight is 241.9g/8.53oz/7.77ozt.

An antique Edwardian English Sterling Silver Porringer Cup made in Sheffield by James Deakin & Sons and dating from c1910. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JD/WD" for James Deakin & Sons (John & William F Deakin), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Sheffield town mark and date letter "r" for 1910/11. A very nice, plain silver cup that is in excellent condition. A couple of extremely minor small indents, barely noticeable. It measures 3 1/4" inches (81mm) in diameter and just under 2 1/2" inches (60mm) in height. The weight is 86.6g/3.05oz/2.78ozt

Antique English Silver Porringer Cup, Sheffield
A very nice, vintage, English sterling silver, pierced work, swing handled Basket, complete with blue glass liner. It is halmarked on the base with the maker's mark "CJVLd" for C J Vander limited, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "k" for 1965/66. The basket measures approximately 3" inches (80mm) in diameter and 2 1/2" inches (62mm) in height, excluding the handle. It is in very nice condition.

A very nice, plain silver, George VI, English Sterling Silver Bowl made by Wakely & Wheeler in London and dating from c1944. The bowl is hallmarked with the maker's mark "W&W" Wakely & Wheeler, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "I" for 1944/45. It has engraved initials to the front under an armorial crest. It is in very nice condition. It measures approximately 4 1/4" inches (107mm) in diameter and 2" inches (50mm) in height. A good and very rare antique Scottish Provincial Silver Mustard Spoon made in Elgin by Joseph Pozzi and Robert Stewart, dating from c1840. Joseph Pozzi and Robert Stewart are recorded as qworking in Elgin c1840. The spoon is marked with the maker's initials "JP" for Joseph Pozzi, the "ELN" town mark for Elgin and the maker's initials RS for Robert Stewart. It measures just over 5" inches (131mm) in length. It is in very good condition.

Scottish Provincial Silver Mustard Spoon, Elgin
A good quality, antique, George III, English Sterling Silver Teapot made in London by Solomon Hougham and dating from c1816. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "SH" for Solomon Hougham, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head Crowned London town mark and date letter "a" for 1816. It measures 5 1/4" inches (135mm) in height and 10" inches (260mm) from the handle to the tip of the spout. The weight is 686g/22.2oz It is in very good condition, if being critical there are some very minor indents and a flat spot to the rim of the base. These minor imperfections of little consequence but mentioned for accuracy of description. Overall a very nice George III, sterling silver teapot.

The underside of the teapot is hallmarked with the maker's mark "K&D" for Ker & Dempster, the Scottish thistle sterling silver mark, the Edinburgh castle town mark and date letter "I" for 1763/64. The teapot is of inverted pear shape and has a chased decorative border - see photos. The teapot measures 6" inches (155mm) in height. The weight is 693g/22.4oz.

The jug has engraved floral decoration and the front of the jug has the Wemyss family crest depicting a Swan under the motto "Je Pense" (I think) - see photos.
